INTRODUCTION

The following terms and conditions govern the orders placed on virginie-blay-styliste.fr website (hereafter referred to as “the Website” or “We”).

All orders made on the Website by the buyer (hereafter referred to as “the Customer” or “You”) are subject to unreserved acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions.

ORDERS

Ordering is made online and payment is accepted by bank cards. (see Section SECURING PAYMENTS)

SECURING PAYMENTS 

The Website allows the Customer to place and validate orders and process payments online. Secured Payments are processed using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system which, thanks to encryption procedures, enables us to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of online data. All personal data and bank card numbers are therefore protected. Once You select “Payment by bank cards” the details relating to Your order will be handled by an automated data processing system managed and run by our banking partner CAISSE D’EPARGNE which has the sole access to confidential information. Once payment is processed the transaction will be completed on the Website.

DATA PROTECTION

Data collected from the Customer will only be used for the purpose of processing orders and commercial offers. The Website will not disclose any data collected during this process to a third party. In application of the Informatique et Libertes (Data Protection) law dated 6 January 1978, the Customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him or her and collected by the Website. To exercise this right, the Customer should contact the Website by email.

PRICES

Product prices are expressed in Euro. The prices shown are inclusive of all taxes and the shipping and handlings costs are invoiced in addition.

Prices are subject to modification without prior warning and prices invoiced will be those in force on the order's date.

Promotional offers are valid during the period shown and within the limit of available stock.

PAYMENTS

Payment for merchandise is accepted by bank card. Orders will be confirmed upon payment being made. Shipping will be made upon the payment of the entire order being completed.

Products remain our property until their payment in full is completed.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

In the event of the temporary unavailability of a product previously ordered the Website has the right to delay the shipping of the order by a maximum of one week. The partial order will then be shipped and the subsequent shipping of the unavailable product will follow at no additional charge. If the delivery time is not acceptable You have to right to cancel the delayed item by contact Us via email.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched to the address specified at the time of ordering using La Poste Colissimo Suivi. The Customer retains all responsibility concerning the accuracy of the address provided as well as for any resulting shipping error.

Any unforeseen delays do not entitle the rights to cancel the order, to reject the order or to claim any damages. We shall not be held responsible for any delivery time exceeding that specified in the order tracking link provided and caused to the Colissimo Suivi service by external circumstances (delivery error, processing delay, strike). However, upon You informing us of any delivery delay We would investigate the issue with the relevant service. Once the reasons for the delay have been established an inquiry to retrieve the missing parcel might be launched. You will be kept informed of this investigation by email. If the parcel has not been delivered within 21 days of the scheduled delivery date and is therefore considered lost by La Poste, a new parcel will be sent to You at no additional charge. Any reservation or complaint regarding the goods shall be communicated to Us immediately upon receipt.

SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the specified delivery address.

RETURNS

By law, You have 7 days from the date of receipt to notify Us that You intend to return the product. The cost and risk associated to the return will be Your responsibility and the products shall be returned in full and perfect condition.

PRODUCT QUALITY

We endeavour to make and sell products to the highest standards of quality and guaranty this quality through strict controls. However, if You were not completely satisfied with any of our products We would ask You to contact Us by email in order to discuss a possible resolution.

Whilst every care is taken in putting information and data online, the Website can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors the description or presentation of these products may have introduced. Information and comments displayed on the Website are solely for informational purposes.

The Website shall not be held responsible for improper use of the products sold on this website.

SETTLING DISPUTES

Our Client Services are available to settle any dispute which may occur. Any unresolved dispute between the client and the company shall come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Grenoble.
